Lacking weight and measurement update pages. The book itself looks adorable. The binding is in good shape, but I just purchased so I am not sure how it will hold up over time.My main qualm would be that there are only two weight and measurement update pages, one at the very start (day one) and one at the very end (day 90). I would like to check in on my progress more often than 90 days. The individual pages have space for recording your daily habits (i.e. food intake, water, sleep etc.) However, no available space to track your progress.I personally weigh myself once a week and take measurements once per month. Would be nice to see more space allotted to tracking progress as opposed to simply minute day to day details.Works - Like A College Notepad Quality - Tips If you need to write things down to process them this should work. I adapted it with a few lines (snacks showing as 3 times a day for my little meals - 3 meals a day does not work for me) - I just add a big V checkmark for Vitamins. I use some the the lines for what do you want to be when you grow up (or whatever the question is lol) to write what I did that day if I feel it's relevant to my eating habits. So not perfect - but I find ANY tracking is helpful to make me think a) before grabbing something from habbit and b) to notice how easy it is to go without eating a proper mix of foods.Love it Just got it in the mail last night.
